Minimum order is 2 bags; up to 9 bags per order.
Questions
How long does the granola stay fresh?
Sealed, it keeps for about 8 weeks from the bake date printed on the bag. Once opened, reseal the zip and it will stay crisp for 3–4 weeks.
Why is there a two-bag minimum?
Shipping a single one-pound bag costs nearly as much as the granola itself. Two bags fit the same box and make the shipping worth it for you.
Is it gluten-free? Vegan?
Our oats are not certified gluten-free, and we sweeten with honey, so Knola is not vegan. It contains tree nuts (almonds, pecans) and coconut.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. Orders ship from Montrose, Colorado within 2 business days by USPS or UPS ground service.
Can I pick up locally instead?
Yes — send us a message on the contact page and we'll arrange a pickup or let you know which market we'll be at next.
Returns & refunds
Because granola is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right:
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or with a bag missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected bags — your choice.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved for 10 days, let us know and we'll open a carrier claim and ship a replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't refund orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, but if the package is returned to us we'll happily reship it for the cost of postage.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email hello@knolaco.com with your order number.
