Our commitment

Knola Co. LLC wants everyone to be able to learn about our granola, read our story, and place an order on this website. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Every page can be used with a keyboard, and there is a “Skip to main content” link at the top of each page.
• Pages use headings, landmarks and labeled form fields so screen readers can move around them.
• Text and buttons are designed to have strong color contrast, and links within paragraphs are underlined.
• When you update your cart, choose shipping, or make a mistake at checkout, the page tells screen reader users what changed and which fields need attention.
• Photos have text descriptions, and purely decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages adjust to small screens and to larger text sizes, and animation is turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.

Where we are still working

Some parts of the checkout are provided by other companies. The card payment form is supplied by Stripe, and the address suggestions are supplied by Google. We cannot change how those tools work, but we choose providers that publish their own accessibility work, and we will keep reviewing them.
